Shipping

The estimated shipping time is within the next business day, and 5-7 days for international. 

DreamBoutique will notify you with a tracking number when it has been sent once you check out we cannot cancel or modify orders.

We will only be shipping Monday through Friday no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.

Its your RESPONSIBILITY to put the right shipping information as we can no longer intercept a package after it has already left our facility regardless if it was the incorrect address nor will we resend a package if it is sent to the incorrect address unless the package is returned back to our facility; if it has been returned you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Dream Boutique provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States service and discuss the issue with them. We will do the best we can to assist you, but Bream Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. 

Dream Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are damaged by the POST OFFICE. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that package has been delivered to your order address.
